In order to take the individual needs of Buyers into consideration, the Developer provides the buyers of commercial and office units with the option of configuring the purchased property units according to their own needs based on the final function of the units, in observance of the ‘Conditions for Buyer configuration’ section of the Technical Annex. The concept for the footbridge is under negotiation with the local government of District 3 and the General Assembly of Budapest.
