What types of financial support are available when purchasing our apartments?
For clients purchasing new apartments, we offer a range of payment scheduling options in order to provide the right scheme for everyone. You may achieve millions of HUF worth of discounts based on the payment schedule of your choice.
The purchase of our apartments can be supported by bank loans, state-supported loans and the Family Housing Support Program (“CSOK”).
In the case of new build apartments, clients can apply for a number of different forms of state aid and more favourable, market rate loans.

Family Housing Support Program (“CSOK”)
The Family Housing Support Program is a non-reimbursable state subsidy. The grant amounts to no more than HUF 10 million and its precise amount depends on the purpose of the aid, the apartment’s total floor area and the number of existing and planned children.
The Family Housing Support Program (“CSOK”) can be requested for all apartments offered by Biggeorge Property with a total floor area of no less than 40 sqm.

A further advantage is that the acquisition of new build properties purchased with the CSOK grant are exempt from transfer fees.
By default, the transfer fee amounts to 4 percent of the real estate’s purchase price.
The savings accumulated through the building savings can be used for the purchase of new apartments, while also providing access to preferential loans.

5% VAT on residential real estate
As of 1 January 2021, instead of the former 27%, only 5% VAT is due after the purchase of new build apartments.
The reduced VAT is applicable for apartments with a floor area of less than 150 sqm.
