Spirit Residence is being developed in a popular spot in one of the most rapidly evolving districts of Budapest, in the area between Mester and Ipar Streets in District IX.

The homes typically have large glass surfaces and bright spaces. 210 apartments are being developed, ranging from 27 sqm studio apartments to 99 sqm penthouses with large terraces. The tenant is responsible for paying the insurance premium and property tax, while other costs related to the lease of the property (e.g., common charges excluding the renovation fund, utility fees, cleaning, laundry, advertising, etc.) shall be borne by the tenant.
