Spirit Residence is being developed in a popular spot in one of the most rapidly evolving districts of Budapest, in the area between Mester and Ipar Streets in District IX.
The Spirit Residence will be built with a minimalist building design, while providing comfortable, quality homes, and with other aspects in mind: on the ground floor there will be retail and office spaces. The buildings will surround an inner garden. Towards the inner garden, apartments with private garden access will be built. The top floor apartments all have a large terrace.
The top floor apartments of the 8-storey building offer a beautiful panorama of both the Buda side and the Pest side. All apartments have ceiling cooling-heating, most of the apartments have terraces and garden apartments are also available. The homes typically have large glass surfaces and bright spaces. 210 apartments are being developed, ranging from 27 sqm studio apartments to 99 sqm penthouses with large terraces. Storage space can be purchased for the apartments, and a 2-storey indoor garage provides parking with spaces for reserved parking.
