Internal equipment

Standard constitution
Our buyers will have the opportunity to choose the interiors of the apartments like finishes, sanitary appliances, faucets and internal doors from different furnishings groups of materials and colours harmonised by interior designers. For details of the ‘Standard’ category please see in the present Annex. (The list price includes the ‘Standard’ category constitution.)

Soft Finish
1^st class laminate flooring, 7-8 mm wide, wear resistance: 31-32. It can be chosen from the collection provided by the Seller.

Hard finish
1^st class, 6-8 mm wide, glazed or gres ceramic tiles. It can be chosen from the collection provided by the Seller.

Internal doors
With décor foil or laminated surface door panels with perforated particle board or honeycomb patterned cardboard core. Aluminium anodized, modern design, with round tag and WC-lock handle system in the toilet. It can be chosen from the collection provided by the Seller.

Faucets
Hansgrohe, Grohe or identical type single arm faucet with automatic drain at the bathroom sink and the bathtub, and with shower set at the bathtub and the shower (which will be handed over without installation).

Sanitary appliances
White, 1^st class, porcelain or ceramic bathroom sink (55 or 60 cm) and hand wash sink (36 or 38 cm).

Wall mounted, washdown, back outlet, white, 1^st class porcelain or ceramic lavatory pan, with white plastic toilet seat. Geberit, Grohe or identical type, in-wall concealed tanks with white dual flush plates. White, 1^st class, steel bathtub, 170/70 cm in size, with automatic drain and overflow, with access panel. White, 1^st class, acryl shower tray, 80/80 cm or 90/90 cm in size, with feet, front walling or front panel, with enclosure (in the places shown in the floor plan).

Radiators
In the bathrooms 1^st class, sintered white towel radiators with electrical hooking up will be installed.

Electrical fittings
Schneider or equivalent type electrical fittings.
