The Béke Garden offers a wide range of apartments, ranging in size from 30 to 118 square meters. Our apartments are built with energy-efficient solutions, resulting in exceptionally high energy-efficient, AA-rated homes.
Parking spaces and storage rooms will be created on the ground floor and basement level. Each residential floor will be accessible by an elevator. On the 1st floor, there will be apartments with garden access towards the inner courtyard, while apartments on the 2nd to 6th floors will have balconies. The 6th and 7th floors will feature larger apartments with spacious terraces.
A ceiling heating-cooling system will be implemented in the apartments, which is not only an excellent choice in terms of energy efficiency, but also aesthetically pleasing as there are no visible radiators in the apartment and they do not take up space.
