Internal equipment

Standard constitution
Our buyers will have the opportunity to choose the interiors of the apartments like finishes, sanitary appliances, faucets and internal doors from different furnishings groups of materials and colours harmonised by interior designers. For details of the Standard category please see in the present Annex. (The list price includes the ‘Standard category’ design.)

Soft Finish
1^st class floating flooring, 8-12 mm wide, wear resistance: 31-32. It can be chosen from the collection provided by the Seller.

Hard finish
1^st class, 8-10 mm wide, glazed or gres ceramic tiles. It can be chosen from the collection provided by the Seller.

Internal doors
Perforated particle board door panels with CPL surface, with retrofittable frame. Aluminium anodized, modern design, with round tag and WC-lock handle system in the toilet. It can be chosen from the collection provided by the Seller.

Faucets
Grohe, Laufen or identical type single arm faucet with automatic drain at the bathroom sink and with shower set at the bathtub and the shower (which will be handed over without installation).

Sanitary appliances
White, 1st class, porcelain or ceramic bathroom sink (55 or 60 cm) and hand wash sink (36 or 38 cm), Geberit, Laufen or their equivalent.

Wall mounted, washdown, back outlet, white, 1^st class porcelain or ceramic lavatory pan, with white plastic toilet seat. Geberit, Grohe or identical type, in-wall concealed tanks with white dual flush plates. White, 1^st class, acrylic bathtub, 170x70 cm in size, with automatic drain and overflow, with parapet walling. White class I acrylic shower tray in size 90x90 cm or 80x80 cm with enclosure (in the places and sizes shown on the floor plan).

Radiators
In the bathrooms 1st class, sintered white towel radiators with electrical hooking up will be installed.

Electrical fittings
Schneider or equivalent type electrical fittings.
